My name is Lindsey Bowers and I am the owner of Country Chalkin'. I am originally from Minnesota but we have lived in Colorado now for 10 years. My husband and I have been married for 13 years as of June 2024. He was in the military which had us living in Louisiana for 3 years and now Colorado for the past 10 years as of March 2024. He got out in 2019 and we stayed in Colorado. We have one daughter who is 9 as of June 2024 and she is so much fun.

My journey down the road of starting this business began when I found Chalk Couture back in 2018. Before finding that I was NOT a crafty person, I couldn't even come up with a simple craft for my, at the time, 3 year old. Thanks to Chalk Couture and their products I found the crafty in me. I got in to doing crafting classes and workshops for people to create their own decor and also craft fairs to sell my products.

Fast forward to June of 2024, I have added a laser cutting and engraving machine to my shop. While I still enjoy doing the stuff with my Chalk Couture products, my interests have shifted and now lie with the laser. I will continue to use and play with my Chalk Couture products but the laser will be taking the spotlight.

I am very excited to start this journey and see where the laser will take me. My capability to do more custom orders will increase along with more freedom and ability to make my own visions come to life!
